Your personal assistant meets doula meets best friend! If you book pregnancy concierge services with us, expect to be pampered! 

Pregnancy concierge is a great gift for the special soon-to-be mommy in your life, particularly if she doesn't have a mom or sister to support her. This service includes:

• Concierge presence at all prenatal appointment if you wish.
• 4 Concierge prenatal appointments
• Assistance with birth plan
• Bi-weekly chats to talk about baby, plans, worries, logistics
• Assistance planning a baby shower if needed
• Assistance with registry if needed
• Assistance with home preparation
• 60 hours of at-home assistance from week 30 in pregnancy until birth.
• 60 hours of at home postpartum support from birth through 3 months.
• Labor and Birth Class
• Newborn Care Class
• Breastfeeding Class
• Professional lactation support throughout breastfeeding journey
• Professional parenting support and resources through age 2

Having a birth doula is like having your birth-educated big sister there with you every step of the way. Whether you are birthing with Amore midwives or choosing a different birth path, our birth doulas are here to walk each step with you and support you at every turn. 

The basic birth doula package includes:

• 4 prenatal meetings where you and your doula will discuss your pregnancy, your emotional health, your birth plan, and anything else that comes up along the way. Your doula can coach you on a number of ways to improve your experience: specific stretches to alleviate discomfort, offer recommendations to stabilize emotions and ease anxiety, and teach your partner some ways to help support you in pregnancy, labor, and birth. 
• A birth doula present during labor and birth to provide physical and emotional support and to facilitate the environment you want for your birth. If you are birthing in a hospital, your doula will facilitate positive communication between you and your care providers to ensure you are able to make informed decisions. 
• Labor and Birth Class
• Breastfeeding help immediately after birth
• Breastfeeding follow up a couple of days after birth
• 2 hour postpartum follow up

Amore postpartum doulas love nothing more than loving on new mamas while they love on their babies. Need a meal? We're here. Help with breastfeeding? We got you. Need just a minute to yourself to take a shower or a nap? Not a problem. Whatever you need, we're here for you. 

Our postpartum doula services are available by the hour or by the package and are negotiated ahead of time but can include the following services:

• new baby care coaching
• breastfeeding assistance
• light housework (dishes, laundry. food prep, etc.)
• general mama care (encouragement, snacks, comfort measures, etc.)
• baby care for mom to shower or nap or take a walk, etc.
• baby care at night for mom to get a chunk of sleep

All postpartum care includes a birth processing conversation in the first visit.

A sibling doula is a fantastic option for birthing families with older children who want to be present and/or involved in the birth. Our sibling doula package includes:

• an initial visit to meet the kids
• a sibling class where kids will learn about the basics of the birth process in an age appropriate way and will create something special to go in the birth space or to welcome their new sibling.
• The doula's presence at the birth to facilitate and manage children's involvement and occupy/care for children if the need or want to be removed from the birth environment.
